Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment. Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, email sales@ehookaholit.com with your order number and the email used for the purchase.

Shipping and Handling

  • Orders are usually processed within 48 business hours.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Tracking information may take up to a few days to update.

  • If you provide an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee redelivery or a refund unless the item is returned to us in unused, resellable condition.

Pre-Orders

We may offer pre-orders for select products. Please note:

  • The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is not guaranteed.

  • Changes in ETA due to manufacturer delays will be communicated by email.

  • You will be refunded in case the product becomes unavailable.

Returns and Refunds

We only accept refund or replacement requests if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • You provide photos and a clear description of the issue.

Customs and Import Duties

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order can be legally imported into your country. Ehookaholit is not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged during shipping.
